Kanazawa is home to Yasue Gold Leaf Museum. This lady's demonstrating the process of cutting square sheets. She's using bamboo sticks to pick up and cut the sheets. She gave us one sample to hold in our hands. It dissolved to powder when we rubbed it together and then another sample as a keepsake in our pamphlet.
